Refund & Return Policy
Don't love your portable water purifier filter? Before you make the decision to return, feel free to reach out to us by email for a complimentary ergonomic consultation and we will do our best to help you out with any concerns or questions. You may return or exchange it within 30 days of your purchase date.
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled you will get a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
If you wish to return a product, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be pleased to provide you with a full or partial refund based on the product's condition when returned to us, and subject to the other terms and conditions.
Before returning any product or proceeding to initiate a product return, please review the following return/refund terms and conditions below, which set out the different refund and return details.
The product has been damaged in the transit;
All original accessories are incomplete in the product for refund or exchange, attachments, accessories, specifications, packaging, or appearance damage caused by transit.
Product/s must be returned in the ORIGINAL PACKAGING.
Used products are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect or malfunction.
If the return is caused by the consumer, a consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. And it is your responsibility that the package arrives safely to us. (Do note that you are responsible for any damage or loss of goods during the return process. We encourage you to pay for shipping insurance to cover such damage and loss. You are responsible for any insurance claim filing with the carriers.)
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
Refund will be initiated within 3-5 business days of us receiving the product and after inspection.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days.
We reserve the right to give a partial refund in cases when the return is not in an unused condition, is damaged or has missing parts, not due to our error(If the return is caused by the consumer).
